2. How do I apply and remove Noodies™?

To apply, ensure your skin is clean and dry. Peel off the protective backing of the insert, and place it onto the inverted cup of your sticky bra. Repeat for the second cup! All application details can be found on the packaging, and when you order you also receive a handy tutorial guide!

3. Are Noodies™ reusable?

Yes! With proper care, Noodies™ can be reused multiple times. Make sure you keep the protective cover for storage and to avoid any dust settling on the sticky bra insert.
